Availability

Within the detail page of each single product you will always find indicated if the item is available and information on the expected delivery date.

The availability levels of a product are:

Available: The product can be ordered immediately and you will receive it within the indicated shipping times or you can pick it up at our office.

Coming soon: it means that they are produced in preview or that are finished and must arrive. You can still order it, the shipment will be made as soon as the product arrives in stock.

Delivery methods

For security reasons, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address registered by the Customer and at the time of delivery the signature of the Customer or a delegate greater than 18 years will be required. No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes.

Standard delivery:

delivery takes place between 7 and 15 working days from the date of assignment to the Courier.

The delivery times of the products changes in consideration of the item ordered by the Customer and the delivery methods chosen by the same. First of all, to produce the goods, the times can  go from 15 days to 20 days depending on the chosen article. The times indicated for the delivery terms are purely indicative and are in no way demanding for 2getherGgentile sas. Using express courier transport, delivery is expected in a time varying from 7 to 15 working days from the time of order and from the availability of the goods, not including holidays and shipments abroad, where times are prolonged. In any case, the estimated delivery times are explicitly indicated in the technical data sheet of the single product.

2gethergentile is not responsible for unpredictable delays and / or attributable to only the courier against which the complaints of the case must be made.

The shipping rates are calculated at the time of the order. The price of the shipping cost is shown on each product sheet or if the shipping was possibly free.

For the delivery of the Products, the presence of the Customer or his representative in the address of the recipient indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the Products by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);

(ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any way altered, also in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and / or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported in writing on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the courier's document has been signed without the customer making any objection, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

In the event of tampering and / or breakages, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by placing the word "RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE" on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier.

For each order, the customer is required to specify at least one telephone number to allow the express courier to contact him in case of difficulty in delivery; if the delivery is not successful due to reasons not attributable to 2gethergentile, or to the courier, the order will be considered canceled and the Customer will be charged for the costs of custody as quantified by the express courier.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 15 days from the day following that of the conclusion of the contract, unless 2gethergentile does not communicate - within the same deadline or within the agreed deadline for delivery, also by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the Products ordered following the unexpected unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, 2gethergentile will refund any sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply, if the Customer request it.

The invoice

The invoice must be requested when ordering and is inserted at the time of shipment inside a transparent envelope that is applied to the outside of the package. The customer can, however, request a copy by sending an email to info@2gethergentilegioielli.com

The Invoice must be kept with care, representing the valid document for the guarantee on the product. The invoice for the purchased good is issued by 2gethergentile.
