Returns and refunds

The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to art. 52 of the consumer code. 2gethergentile reserves the right to cancel the order and not to conclude the purchase contract in the event that the customer has provided false personal information. Each order is treated individually and with the utmost commitment to satisfy the customer.

The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating any reason, except for personalized products, modified or created on commission, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to info@2gethergentilegioielli.com containing:

a) The intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the consumer code;

b) Indication of the products for which the customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal, with all the related data.

c) The details of a bank or postal current account to re-credit the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Current Account Number, Account Holder).

In the case of the right of withdrawal, 2gethergentile will refund the full price of the products provided that they are returned to the customer within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, not worn, unused, undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relative original receipt and with the institutional packaging of 2gethergentile (2GHETERGENTILE box).

The PRODUCT CODE and the accompanying invoice number must be reported. The only additional cost that will be incurred by the customer concerns the shipping costs to return the product.

Withdrawal procedure

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

if the delivery of the goods has occurred, the customer is required to return it according to the methods and times provided for in the contract (it is repeated: that is, 14 days from receipt of the goods).

For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the courier. It is recommended to send the products to be returned using a courier, ensuring the full amount of the goods, and taking care to receive a shipping number to allow you to trace the same. 2GETHERGENTILE will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation for products sent by the customer but which have never been received by 2GETHERGENTILE due to loss, theft, damage that cannot be attributed to the same.

For contracts concerning the sale of goods, if the goods have been delivered, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The good must be returned in a normal state of conservation, as it has been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence, not worn, not used, not damaged.

2GETHERGENTILE reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not comply with these requirements.

In case of defective products, the rules relating to the general conditions will apply.

The costs incurred for returning the products are charged to the customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.

The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or, in the event that these remedies fail, to an adequate reduction in the price or to termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to 2gethergentile within 14 days from the date on which he discovered the defect.

In the event that the customer opts for the replacement of the goods

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the provisions of this section, 2gethergentile is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer.

The refund concerns the amounts paid for the price of the product, excluding transport costs and bank costs possibly incurred by the Customer, and will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods back, exclusively through the payment method used by the Customer .

The refund must be made free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which the product will be returned to 2gethergentile.

If the customer wishes to modify or cancel the order already sent, he must promptly send an email, and in any case before the confirmation email of the shipment has been sent to info@2gethergentilegioielli.com

2GETHERGENTILE will do everything in order to satisfy the customer's request. However, once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

For the correct recognition of the right of withdrawal, we specify that:

- the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment, intact consumables, manuals, cables, etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging must be avoided in all cases;

- The goods must not be used, must be without any sign of having been used or worn;

- the goods must be complete;

- the goods must be returned together with a copy of the purchase document;

- the goods must not be sent on delivery. In case of shipment of the goods on delivery, the delivery will be rejected and sent back;

- in case of delivery in person, it is necessary to agree on the delivery date first;

- when the goods are sent back, the seller is not responsible for any loss or damage during transport. It is the obligation, it is repeated, of the customer to pack the goods in such a way that during transport it is not damaged;

- if the customer makes any changes to the product (engravings, cuts or other), the seller is not required to receive the goods back and the customer will be returned.

- The product must be returned within the times and in the manner described above to the address indicated above by 2gethergentile.

- The delivery costs are always charged to the customer.

2gethergentile reserves the control over the returned goods to evaluate any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Obligations of the seller in case of withdrawal

The seller will reimburse only the price of the goods, excluding transport costs and bank costs possibly incurred by the customer, and will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods, through the payment method used by the customer.

Obligations of the consumer

The customer returns the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

The deadline is considered respected only if the goods are delivered back within the 14th day.

The customer will be required to pay the cost of shipping the goods back.

The customer will be responsible for the goods and their shipment.

Refunds

Customers will have the only contact person for any complaint (either by phone or e-mail) or for any related problems both in the order phase and in the post-sale phase, 2gethergentile, which will analyze the individual requests and manage them according to the needs of individuals. Any refunds are made by 2gethergentile by bank transfer. The refund will be made no later than 14 working days.
